Accusplit's top-of-the-line goal-tracking pedometer, the AD190XLG offers everything you need to measure your progress and track your fitness goals. The pedometer is distinguished by such features as a goal-setting mode that helps track your steps, distance, activity time, and calories burned, along with an auto activity timer (up to 10,000 minutes) that tells you how much time you've consumed over the course of your steps. As a result, it's easy to design a complete workout whether you're going for a jog or performing a 10,000-step-per-day walking program. The AD190XLG also automatically counts your distance traveled (up to 999.99 miles) and calories consumed (up to 9,999.9 Kcal) during any step activity, with a proprietary formula producing high caloric accuracy. And thanks to the memory function, you can reset your pedometer each day, week, or month, but still keep your total step, distance, calorie, and activity values intact.

The AE190XLG is built tough, with a sturdy polycarbonate case and a steel spring clip that attaches securely to your shirt sleeve, belt, or bag. Other details include an adjustable stride length for greater distance accuracy, an adjustable weight setting for more accurate calorie counts, dual leash slots incorporated into the case to help prevent accidental loss, and a three-way pedometer leash.
